Freshers - Henley's new online drama

Henley College Coventry media students are producing a new online drama – Freshers, as part of their course work. The students, who are being led through the process by their tutors, have three weeks to read the source material, brainstorm and develop the ideas and elements that will hold the show together, then write, create, design, produce the drama.

‘Freshers’ follows the lives and loves of five new students who are sharing a block within their halls of residence. The demanding schedule will require the students to work on the production Monday through Friday ensuring that a 5 minute episode is available every week for their audience.

Hair & Beauty Competition

Creative students at Henley College Coventry turned on the style as the annual hair and beauty competition took place.

The event gave students an opportunity to show off their talents to the public andcompete for a variety of prizes. This year’s theme was festivals. The Hairdressing and Beauty students worked in groups of three with one student being the model, another one doing make-up and the third doing the hair.
